Description
A VICTORIAN SILVER MUG
by John Edward Bingham, Sheffield 1879, of slightly tapering cylindrical form, applied with a leaf-capped scroll handle, engraved with foliage and a monogram within a laurel wreath, the interior gilded. 9.5cm high, 6.1 troy ounces
The marks are clear. The engraving is crisp. A tiny flea-bite size dint in the rim. The gilding is in good condition. The mug is generally in good condition.
