I was so looking forward to this item. I had arranged with neighbor to pick it up as I was attending my Dad's funeral. As soon as I received the UPS txt about delivery, I called her. By the time she got over to my porch it was gone. There is a photo as proof of delivery, so be mindful of the shipping options available. I still don't know what the package insurance is for that we have to pay, if not for sutuations like this. i have had good experience with this auction house and still have another item I won pending.

Items ordered in error. I contacted them within the 2 hours requested and they did not return my message until after the item was shipped. I was then told I am sorry but your item already shipped. Really unprofessional, as a shop owner myself I expect reasonable service and accomodations. The product/necklace itself is awful. I cannot believe it was at auction in such an excellent selling venue. Unfortunately, a very bad experience

Love my Mini Sword

I bid on and won what was described as “an American Eagle Scherenschnitte Paper Cutting”. What I received is a print of a paper cutting in a cheap frame. Upon receipt I contacted the company to protest and ask for nulification of the sale. I am still waiting to hear back from Jasper52 five weeks later. I am not happy.

i received a beautiful doll from Jasper52 yesterday. She was just as described. At first for some reason a huge shipping charge was sent but as soon as I told them about they fixed it and sent to me for exact cost! Doesn't that sound wonderful bidder? NO gouging on shipping! No nightmare sleeze deal when it comes to shipping. HONEST to goodness I'd bid 20 % more on every item if it wasn't for the fear of what some auctions dare to charge for shipping. This time and thanks to Jasper52-it turned out GREAT! VERY PLEASED-THANK YOU!!
