Bonanza Auctions was easy to work with. I reached out for a shipping quote and it was reasonable. The auction went smoothly. Within one day I received an invoice, then soon after one for shipping and the price was exactly what was quoted. They were responsive via email and responded to most of my communication within a day. When there was a short delay in completing my transaction they did a great job of customer care and made sure I was satisfied with my transaction. I look forward to another Bonanza Auction.

I bought 6 lots. They were, an aluminum toy truck, three tin toy cars, a diecast and steel toy truck and a paper and wood toy airplane. Shipped in 5 separate boxes? They charged me $248 to ship them! I will be honest, there was no damage, but $248 and in individual boxes.?? I assume that allowed them to ship all but one, USPS Ground. The packaging material included a used stained pillow and pillowcase and discarded medical scrubs. Yes, same as another reviewer had posted and the auction house responded stating the buyer '"makes things up". When I questioned the auction house about this and the excessive shipping charges, they referred to me, or my message as, "mockingly ignorant", and said I had "no right to complain". There were other condescending and demeaning remarks, but it was all unprofessional and insulting. You decide but bid with caution!
