I have not received my order yet although I paid over three weeks ago. Not happy at all because of the delays in getting my order

Avoid this auction house, disappointing customer service terrible shipping experience. Told that they only have 2 people to handle shipping and I should use another service. I tried to use alternate name they provided and was told by them that they no longer were working with the auction house. Auction house then told me they would ship the items. Items arrived damaged and very poorly packed. Stay away use other auction house. If you are offering in house shipping then provide the service. Because you only having 2 people working there is not my problem, you need to employ the correct number of people for the job. I will never bid on anything else that Daniels Auction Gallery hosts again.

Enjoyed the process with Daniels Gallery, definitely looking forward to new auction items there!
