Item Details

Description

The lot features an American dag knife with blade made from a Blacksmith rasp file. The piece is in a beaver tail or beaver back pattern and shows a solid wood one piece handle carved and covered in hot file branding along with brass covered metal tacks. The blade has a dark coloring and it shows a median ridge running down both sides. Measures overall 12.5"L with the blade being 7"L by 1.75"W.
