Group of two complimentary French stripped wooden console or pier tables in the Louis XVI taste, having white marble tops, one with rose garlands, and rising on tapering fluted legs in asperges, and one with laurel garlands, and rising on legs with volutes, both with stretchers with urns, apparently unmarked.
Approximate dimensions: floral garland console h. 35", w. 47", d. 18"; laurel garland console h. 35.75", w. 51.25", d. 18".

Condition
Both with later marble tops having no apparent chips or cracks, floral garland console with possible repair to garland and evidence of previous worming (inactive), laurel garland console with repair to front swag and loss of carving to lower edge of right side ribbon, both with minor losses to swags draping urns and traces of previous painted decoration, frames are structurally sound.
