DESCRIPTION: Variation of the 1880 patented bulldog bank by J & E Stevens Company featuring a bulldog sculpture with mechanism for depositing coins: when tail is pulled, dog's neck retracts and mouth opens for coin; when tail is released, dog's neck extends and mouth closes "swallowing" the coin.
