Description
Folk Art chair, late 20th to early 21st century, borrowing design elements from furniture designer Daniel Mack. Top rail fashioned from a hand planer, saw blade splat, natural plank seat surrounded by copper stripping, front legs fashioned from two hand braces and bits, stretchers formed from hammered wrought iron and copper piping. Horseshoes affixed to the stretchers at either side. Stiles and legs fashioned from natural wood logs. Apparently unmarked. 49.75 x 22 x 20 inches.
Condition
