Royal Crown Derby "Old Imari" Partial Dinner Service

20th century, the service including twenty dinner plates, dia. 10-1/2", eight crescent salad plates, w. 8-1/2", d. 5-3/4", four "Sheffield" dessert plates, dia. 8-1/2", six flat cups and saucers, h. 2-3/4", dia. 5-3/4", a basket, h. 4-1/2", w. 11", a pair of miniature vases, h. 2-1/2", dia. 1-3/4", a pair of nut dishes, dia. 4-1/4", a round tray, dia. 9", three demitasse cups, h. 2-1/4", a covered cigarette lighter, h. 3-1/4", three ash trays, w. 3-1/2", d. 3", and a bread-and-butter plate, dia. 6", each piece marked with various marks and years of production.


Provenance: The Estate of Bonnie Bolding Swearingen, Birmingham, Alabama.

In overall good condition; gilding is intact and plate wells exhibit little wear. On the dinner plates, one is cracked and four others have small chips to their foot rims. Dinner plates are marked "1128". One saucer has a hairline crack.
